Native Seeds
We source only Native seeds that are sustainable and healthier (anywhere b/w 4x-6x more nutrients than regular products) but gives lesser yield to our farmers.
With the rampant use of hybrids and black market use of GMOs, it's becoming increasingly rare for farmers to use native seeds since there aren't many takers, neither any incentives and going 'beyond organic' involves ton of hard work for them.
All of this means our procurement costs are much higher than regular brands!

Small Batch & Hand-Made
We make our products in small batches to maintain the utmost quality. Everything we sell is made with hands by people who get paid fair share

Rigorous Process
We follow a rigorous process of production thatās not ideal for mass production.
For example, our oils are cold-pressed and naturally filtered for up to 3 weeks. As far as we know, no other cold-press oil brand follows this approach as it is time consuming and reduces output.
We use stainless steel pulverizers for making our spices and podis to ensure iron scraps are not added from the iron plates used by most manufacturers

Adulteration is rampant in the food industry.
When we say pure, we absolutely 100% mean PURE, even if FSSAI rules allow the addition of certain approved additives, preservatives, colors and other ingredients which are far cheaper.
