100% Pure, Decanted Mustard Oil | Cold Pressed using Native, Small Mustards at 35 RPM

1. The oil extraction is done at 35 RPM using traditional cold press method with a single-press of heirloom, small Mustards. The guiding principle is to ensure superior taste and maximum nutrition

2. This extraction process does not involve any chemical agents and hence all the natural proteins and vitamins are retained. We also don't add any preservatives during the process

3. Extracted oil then is allowed to naturally settle for 14-21 days without the use of any plastic filter (including cloth), which ensures the oil is naturally filtered

4. The top clear layer is the highest quality of oil, which is bottled for our customers!

The oil extraction is at a very slow speed using traditional cold press method (while this is less efficient in terms of extraction volume) and a single-press of raw materials to ensure maximum nutrition.
