‘Thai Pongal’ marks the beginning of the new auspicious month in Tamil Calendar. Sweet Pongal is made in bronze pots with freshly harvested rice, jaggery, and offered to Sun god along with sugarcane.
Our festive fare is made using organic ingredients, our own native cold pressed oils, fresh Uthukuli ghee, organic native sugar and made by a 75 year old grand chef lady running our FSSAI certified kitchen!

🍀 Vathal Kozhambu - Tamarind based gravy/ curry
🍀 Avial - Tamil style coconut/ yogurt vegetable medley
🍀 Appalam fried in our cold pressed groundnut oil
