- The healthy cows, raised and nurtured by family-run farmers are fed with natural dry foods such as hay, rice husk, oil cakes to ensure production of good quality milk
- The ghee is made from cow butter, churned from milk sourced from smallholder farmers in villages around Uthukuli, a town in Tamil Nadu, which has been historically revered for it
- It has this gentle aroma and heavenly taste because of the high-quality butter used
